Pricing

For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Momiffy.com . All the internal calculations for the prices in our system is done by INR(Indian Rupees).

Shipping

All of www.Momiffy.com orders are shipped from our retail outlet/office in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address. Processing and delivery of your order will be done within 15 working days. Shipping destinations offered by www.Momiffy.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online. We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different addresses, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form. Delivery of the item will be done on the delivery address given by the customer at the time of placing the order. Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by the customer order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the order tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undelivered please call Courier Company’s Customer Service at their local number and quotes your tracking number to trace your package.

Product properties

All of Momiffy.com products are handcrafted by expert craftsman. The subtle variations in color, texture and design are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand casting, hand painting, baking and hand cutting and assembling. We use both vegetable colors and commercial colors with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregularity or joint marks on the surface is not a defect – handicraft by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Policies & Regulations Shipping and delivery

At Momiffy.com, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver within India. For delivery within India) we offer courier service only. Delivery will happen within 15 days from the day we receive the order.

Cancellations, Exchanges and Return

Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hrs from placing the order.

Exchange and return policy for orders within India

• Inform us at wecare@Momiffy.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery if any return or exchange needed. • Email us the reason for exchange or return. • On approval for the exchange or return customer will be asked to send the goods (in their original form) back to Momiffy.com. Momiffy.com will arrange for return delivery. • After receiving the goods back Customer will get an email from Momiffy.com approving the exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 7-10 working days.
