Exchange, Return and Refund policy
Exchange (Within India)
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
You may exchange any shipped item under the following conditions:
- If there is a size issue.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
- If you have received wrong item.
To be eligible the item should be unused and should be in the same condition that you have received it in. Make sure that no body odour, body deodorant, perfume, or any other fragrance is transferred to the product.
- Product should be unwashed/unused.
- The price tags, brand tags should be intact and must also be in the original packaging.
- Any gifts/promotional items/gift coupon or discount coupon received must also be returned along with the ordered product.

wecare@momiffy.com (within 48 hours of receiving the delivery) with your order number and couple of pictures of the product in case of manufacturing defect or damage.
Return policy (Within India)
You may return the item purchased in case you are not satisfied with our product or believe there is a manufacturing defect.
You must return the product within 7 days of delivery received.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and should be in the same condition that you have received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
- When returning your parcel, please make sure to obtain proof of return. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that, we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hrs from placing the order.

Refunds (Within India)
- Refund is only applicable in case of manufacturing defect, damage and in case of non availability of the required size.
- Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
